Title

[LB028150], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to Samuel Insull, February 9th, 1889

Editor's Notes

"I enclose herewith copy of a letter received from Mr. Dredge. I think that Mr. Edison ought to write him, saying that he will, of course, bear the extra expense Mr. Dredge speaks of. Dredge seems to me to insinuate a desire to receive some assurance of this kind, and we of course do not wish him to spend any of his money, and thereby obtain a sort of a lien on the business." Yours very truly, A.O. Tate
