Title

[LB028369], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to J Nelson Trask, February 25th, 1889

Editor's Notes

"Mr. Edison is very much obliged to you for having called his attention to the pamphlet issued by R.J. Smead & Co., Saratoga Springs, N.Y., in regard to an Edison Electric belt. This is not an invention of Mr. Edison, and he knows nothing whatever about it. I may add that I have communicated with Mr. Edison’s attorneys, and asked them to take steps to suppress the improper use of Mr. Edison’s name." Yours very truly, A.O. Tate
