Title
[LB028479], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to Philip Seubel, March 4th, 1889
Editor's Notes
"Mr. Harrington handed me the enclosed papers which were given him by yourself, and I showed them to Mr. Edison. Mr. Edison says that he will be very glad to be one of the General Committee, and will also subscribe $250 to the fund which is being raised for a monument to OHM. I cannot tell from these papers whether Mr. Edison should sign one of them or not, or to whom he should indicate officially his willingness to join in the enterprise, but if you will advise me as to what is necessary to be done, I will see that your suggestions are carried out." Yours very truly, A.O. Tate
