Title
[LB028563], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to Colt's Express, March 7th, 1889
Editor's Notes
"Under date March 1st you have rendered a bill against this Laboratory for $9.25, for the use of horses and carriages on dates named on the same. If you have any record of the names of the persons who need your carriages at these different times, I wish you would submit the same to me. ### I beg to advise you that hereafter any person using cabs on account of this Laboratory will be supplied with a ticket bearing my signature, and we will not accept bills for cab hires unless you can produce one of these tickets for each item claimed in your account." Yours truly, A.O. Tate
