"With reference to the Zeias Micro Photo outfit which we purchased of you, the plate holders, table &c. of same must have been made of green wood, as they are warped and cracked and all out of shape. This is really a very serious defect, and there should certainly be some reduction made in the bill on account of it. We do not feel like paying as much for a defective outfit as we could obtain a perfect one for, and will be glad to hear from you on the subject at your earliest convenience."
