"I have just received a note from your brother in regard to data concerning the Laboratory, which you yourself wrote for me a few days ago. Nearly all of this week I have been confined to the house by sickness, and have been unable to prepare any literature for your, and I find that there is not a photograph of any part of the Laboratory in our possession at present, and our photographer is so busy with other work, he cannot get time to print these photographs for a week or two. I am very sorry at being unable to render you the assistance you ask for, but under the circumstances it is not practicable." Yours very truly [Signed] A.O. Tate
