Title
[LB029029], Letter from Thomas Alva Edison to Gustav Franke, April 9th, 1889
Editor's Notes
"With reference to the two cabinets which you made for us-one of cherry and one of mahogany with glass tops, the top board of each of these has cracked from one to the other, because of your having used green wood instead of seasoned wood in their construction. Shall we return these for you to fix them up, or shall we do the work ourselves, charging your for same? Kindly let us hear from you at once in regard to this matter." Yours very truly, [signed] TAE
