"I enclose herewith (1) letter from Samuel Insull, addressed to myself, under date March 20th, 1889. (2) agreement under date 15th March, 1889, between Justus B. Ents and Thomas A. Edison; (3) two assignments of Justus B. Entz to Thomas A. Edison, dated, respectively, 3d day of January, 1889, and 11th day of February, 1889. Mr. Insull asks to have certain corrections made in the agreement of March 15th [?], and I have considered it advisable to send all the papers to you, so that you can adjust them, and return them to me, after which I will advise Mr. Insull, so that he can make the necessary additions to Mr. Entz's copy of the contract."
