This is a very important communication, and I shall be very much obliged if you will see that it is placed in Mr. Dick's hands at the earliest possible moment. The last time I addressed Mr. Dick, he was at the Hotel Castiglione, Paris, but presuming that he is moving from place to place, I have thought it best to send the letter above referred to care of yourself."
