- "I beg to advise you that on the 28th instant I shipped to the Post Office Department, Washington, the following Phonoplex Telegraphic apparatus, for transmission to the German Postal Authorities: 2 Phones; 2 Magnetic Coils; 2 Transmitters; 2 Rheostate; 2 Keys. Diagrams were also included, whoing how to connect up the instruments. ## I will shi you in a few days, 4 Condensers and 10 cells of battery, which, with the above apparatus, will consittute a complete equipment for two Phonoplex terminal stations."
