I am sending you per S. S. "City of Paris" tomorrow, four cells of the new battery about which I have previously written you. These four cells will operate one phonograph. Attached to the set of instructions in regard to the new adjustment of the phonograph, you will find directions for setting up and starting these cells. For the present please do not [unclear] this battery so as to risk the publication of any of its details. Keep it for your own private use.
