Editor's Notes
"replying to your letter of 19th instant, with which you enclosed copy of Geo. W. Littlehales Patent, No. [404860?], dated June 11, 1889, I return herewith your communication and the Patent referred to, Mr. Edison having made the following note on the former: ### "It doesn't infringe as all our things work and this wont." ### In regard to the phonograph in Mexico, Mr. Thomas B. Connery, late Minister to Mexico, has the provisional rights for the instrument in Mexican territory. Mr. Connery has, I think, already started for Mexico, but he can be addressed care of Messrs. Fox and Preble, No. 47 Nassau St., New York City." Yours very truly, AO Tate
