Mr. Edison has asked me to acknowledge the receipt of your favor of 13th instant, informing him that at a meeting of the Governors, held on the 12th inst., he was duly elected a member of the Essex County Country Club. ### I have much pleasure in enclosing herewith Mr. Edison's check for $125, in payment of the Initiation fee, and semi-annual dues.
