Title
[LB033409], Letter from Charles Batchelor to Julius H Block, November 5th, 1889
Editor's Notes
We send you by Baldwin's express the enclosed list of extras. —We feel that you should be put in a position to show the phono to its greatest advantage and we have therefore returned your check with thanks—I am sorry to say that we do not make a resistance box for that machine you have but we have included plenty of battery for renewals. The 200 thread screw we have made some of but I do not send them as we do not intend to use them in practice—At some future time we shall make a machine that will be especially adapted to that purpose. If you get good results and exhibit it to the persons named successfully I am sure [unclear] will feel amply repaid for what little trouble we have had-Let me hear how you progress—I have not had time to look up the battery matter you spoke of but will do so shortly. Truly yours, Chas. W. Batchelor
