Title
[LB034016], Letter from Thomas Alva Edison to Henry Buck Auchincloss, November 11th, 1889
Editor's Notes
I have your letter of 8th instant, in regard to your bill for light for the month of October, amounting to $23.82. In regard to your remarks about leakage, I beg to say that there could have been no leakage which would have made any material difference in this bill. Al l the current which is supplied to householders in the Park is run through meters which register the amount consumed by each person. These meters are absolutely correct, as has been proved time and time again. The trouble which you complain of in regard to the irregularity of the light will be removed very shortly. Yours very truly, [signed] TAE
