- "I return herewith proof of proposed license agreement between the Edison Ore Milling Co., L't'd. and the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Concentrating Works. You will observe that Mr. Edison states in his notes upon this contract that you have omitted to secure the Ore Milling Co. its royalty for all time. ### I beg to call your attention to page 3. One of the paragraphs reads as follows: "The first party shall promptly notify the second party in writing whenever it, the second party, grants any sub-licenses &c." Should not this read: "The second party shall promptly notify the first party &c.?"" Very truly yours, AO Tate
