Abstract

[SELECTABLE?] With reference to your letter of 7th instant and to the matter therein referred to, Mr. Edison says by all means follow it up. Westinghouse has already started in England a fifteen thousand light station, and is going to try and capture the whole English trade. Mr. Edison suggests that you try and arrange with some of the English newspapers to correspond with them occasionally on this subject, giving them list of deaths &c., &c., and thus educate the English people up to the dangers of high tension currents. Very truly yours, AO Tate
