I enclose herewith copy of a letter dated 27th instant received yesterday from Mr. Villard, asking you to indicate what part of the electric display you saw at the Gesellchaft Urania would be desirable for the Woman's Exchange Exhibition to be held April next; also copy of a letter dated 20th instant, received from Mr. A.B. de F[unclear], in regard to the same subject. As Mr. Villard is anxious to communicate with the Gesellschaft Urania, I send you copies of the above correspondence. ### Here are copies of some telegrams just received:-- ### "A.O. Tate. Montreal, Nov. 28, 88. ### "Decision rendered in favor of Edison; hurray; Merry Thanksgiving; tell Edison. ### M.D. Barr & Co." ### T.A. Edison. Greenwich, Ct., Nov. 28, 88. ### "Canadian decision announced in our favor to-day; Merry Thanksgiving. F.S. Hastings." ### "T.A. Edison Svalof, Nov. 27, 1889. ### "Your marvelous phonograph exhibited Svalof Sweden to-day: eminent [unclear]; hearty congratulations; first phonographic message to the Swedish King.
