- Editor's Notes
- Mr. Edison desires me to thank you for the verses enclosed with your kind letter to him under date 27th inst., and to say that the former are excellent and will be of great assistance to us in "loading" our dolls with speech. I am sending them this morning to our TEMPLE OF ELOCUTION, where we have a number of girls engaged in making phonograms for movements. The business of the Toy Phonograph Company is now in excellent condition. We hope to get a number of dolls on the market for the Christmas trade." Very truly yours, AO Tate
