With reference to your letter of 26th ultimo, in regard to New York City Personal Tax, I beg to answer your questions as follows:-- ## (a) What members of your family other than yourself lived habitually at the Normandie from the said October 13th to February 3rd? ## ANSWER. All. ## (b) If any of your children were there, was it for the purpose of attending school? ## ANSWER. Yes. ## © At what other places did you habitually sleep from the said October 14th to February 3rd? ## ANSWER. Boston. ## (d) Did you maintain a home at Menlo Park after July 1st, 85, and if so, for how long? Were any of your children living at home for any part of the year beginning July 1, 1885? Who, and for how long? How often did you sleep there after July 1, 1885? ## ANSWER. Owned house, didn't live there. ## € What was the date of your marriage? ## ANSWER.
