- Editor's Notes
- Your courteous letter under date 23rd of November, reached me in the course of mail.##I regret exceedingly not to have had the pleasure of meeting you while in Germany. My visit to the latter country, though of brief duration, was rendered so very pleasant by the many kind friends whom I met there, as to make me desirous of repeating it, and when I do so, rest assured that I shall be only too glad to avail myself of the invitation so kindly extended to me in your letter under reply.##Your phonograph is not quite finished yet, but is progressing rapidly towards completion, and I hope to have the pleasure of forwarding it to you at an early day." Believe me, yours very truly, [signed] TAE
