- I had a talk with Captain Gonzalez in regard to writing and the best information I could get was that you wanted to know something about the boundary line on the East side of your lot. He says he bought a small three-cornered piece of land from the Allen estate, to make a square lot of his, which piece is included in your deed and is not partly in Edison's enclosure. From what he tells me, Mr. Edison has a strip of your land, about 40 feet wide, all the way from Riverside Avenue to the river bank. Yours truly, N.L. Langford.
