Major S.B. Eaton,
120 Broadway, New York City
Dear Sir:-
I enclose herewith proposed assignment of patents between Mr. Edison and the Australian Electric Light, Power and Storage Company, Limited, received from Messrs. Waterhouse, Winterbottom & Harrison, London, also a letter from the latter firm under date Feb. 8th, 1890 addressed to Mr. Edison. It appears that certain patents were accidentally omitted from the first assignment to this Company executed by Mr. Edison some time ago, and they now examine and inform me if it is all right for him to do so.
I also enclose herewith copy of the assignment already executed by Mr. Edison, to which is attached your report on the subject, which may aid you in your consideration of the document now submitted.
Yours truly,
A.O. Tate
