S.C. Blodget, Jr., Esq.,
Spencer Trask & Co.,
No. 16 Broad St., New York City.
Dear Sir:-
Mr. Batchelor has handed me your letter to him under date 20th ultimo, in which you ask if it would be possible to obtain a phonograph for Mr. Trask, who is in Europe. You may have observed that a new Company has just been formed which will handle the European phonograph business. The organization has not yet been perfected, but I think the matter can be arranged. I have taken steps to find out, and will communicate with you further as soon as I hear from the people to whom I have written.
Yours truly,
A.O. Tate
