Edison Phonograph Toy Manufacturing Company,
No. 35 Fifth Avenue, New York City.
Dear Sir:-
In regard to the manufacture of movements for Phonographic Dolls, assembling parts & co, which I am carrying on at the Edison Phonograph Works, I beg to say that we have ascertained the costs in this connection, and that the goods will be billed against your Company at the following prices:- 
Phonographic Mechanisms complete------$1.25
bodies containing mechanism----------30"
Assembling, heads, arms legs, chemises and washing 3" per doll.
Packing. Your company is to furnish boxes, string, paper, Excelsior, labels & c., free at the Edison Phonograph Works, where all labor will be furnished and an advance of ten percent upon the same charged your Company for the use of the factory.
Such royalties as you have to pay under your contracts will be based upon the prices as quoted above of the Phonographic Mechanisms. I have not included any royalties in this quotation.
