Dear Sir:-
I enclose herewith bills against your Company for experiments conducted by me in connection with processes for extracting precious materials from ores, up to January 1st, 1890, amounting to $42,131.27, as contemplated in my agreement with yourselves under date 14th day of October, 1887.
I shall be glad to have an immediate settlement made with me, as my disbursements exceed considerably the amount which I originally agreed to spend in your behalf.
