Dear Sir:-
In further reference to your letter of 1st instant, in regard to the manufacture of toy phonographs in Canada, I take pleasure in enclosing herewith a letter addressed to myself by Messrs. Dyer & Seely. It would seem important that a Petition be prepared at once to be filed with the Canadian Goverment.
