March 5, 1890 Mr. A. MacGruthar, Edison Phonograph Works, Orange, N.J. Dear Sir:- I have received from Mr. Batchelor the following prices n connnection with manufacture of Phonographic Dolls: Phonographic Mechanism complete $1.25 each Bodies 30 " Assembling Heads, Legs, Arms, Chemises and washing 3" PACKING. Edison Phonograph Toy Mfg. Co. is to furnish boxes, string, paper, Excelsior, labels &c., free, at the Edison Phonograph Works, and we are to supply the labor at an advance of ten percent on cost to cover the use of our factory.
