Dear Sir:-
I beg to confirm the following telegram sent you this morning:-
"Just received following: "The representatives of all the railroads of Russia assembled by kid invitation of Mr. Block to witness a demonstration of your wonderful discovery; they feel impaitent[?] to be enabled to put fans into practical use.
(Signed) [illegible] General Manager of United Railroads Congress of Russia.
