No. 157 Sixth Avenue,
Brooklyn N.Y.
My dear Sir:-
I am today sending to you by express, half a dozen Musical Cylinders. The package is addressed to you at #157 Sixth Ave, Brooklyn, N.Y. We have discontinued the making musical records here, and these sent you are right as good as I would like them to be. They are the only ones available, however and I hope they will prove acceptable.
Yours truly,
A.O. Tate
