March 8, 1890 Everett Frazer, Esq., 124 Water Street, New York City. Dear Sir:- I enclose herewith bills in detail, for material supplied on your account from March, 1889, to the date of last shipment, February 20th, 1890, amounting to $2,361.45. Any bills that you have received from the Edison M'f'g Company you can cancel, as the amounts are included in those now submitted. I thought that this would be more satisfactory to you than to run account with Thomas A. Edison and another one with the Edison Manufacturing Company. Will you very kindly send me check in settlement of these, and oblige. Yours truly, Thos. A. Edison
