Eaton, No. 120 Broadway, New York City Dear Sir:- Referring to the 592 8/10 shares of stock of the Edison Phonograph Works which were placed in trust in the hands of the Mercantile Safe Deposit Company, I desire to give Mr. Chas. Batchelor a paper which will secure to him an interest equal to ten percent upon any dividends or divisions of profit which may be paid me on these shares.
