Dear Sir:--
We beg to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 18th inst, enclosing Certificate No. 43 in the name of Mr. Edison for 33 shares of the Capital Stock of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Concentrating Works, the same being in exchange for Mr. Edison's check for $3300.00 sent you on the 10th inst.
