March 13th, 1890 Messrs. Weyher and Richemond, Pantin (sein) France, Dear Sirs:- Your election of the 28th of February has been duly received, and in reply I beg to inform you that the amount claimed by the Company. Generale Transatlantique for disembarkation expenses in connection with Eighteen Packages of Machinery, shipped by you from Navra, Via., "La Normandie" on the 28th of December last, has been paid to their Agent in New York City.
