My dear MacGruther
Mr. Insull wants our friend Adams to post himself thoroughly on the phonograph. See letter to me from Mr. I. which please return.
The best place for Adams is the testing room where a weeks experience will make an expert of him. We should also go through some practical experience in the assembling room, and wants to take machine home to work on at night.
He will tell you exactly what he wants and I have told him you will give him every facility.
Yours truly,
A.O. Tate
