Samuel Insull, Esq.,
No. 44 Wall St., New York City.
Dear Sir:-
I am in receipt of a letter this morning from the Secretary of the Edison Phonograph Toy Mfg. Co., in which he says:
"This afternoon we cabled Yeomans, Paris. You will abandon all further attempts to make sales. Letter to follow."
I have telegraphed the Boston people that I will meet the Directors on Saturday.
Yours very truly,
A.O. Tate
