Dear Sir:-
We beg to acknowledge receipt of your telegram of today to Mr. Tate as follows:
"Directors most tomorrow level o'clock; rely upon your presence. Daniel Weld."
In reply to which we wired you as follows:
"Mr. Tate leaves for Boston tonight.
