Dear Sir:-
I beg to confirm the following Cablegram received from you on the 6th instant:
"The representatives of all the Railroads of Russia, assembled by kind invitation f Mr. Block, to witness a demonstration of your perfected Phonograph-tender their heartfelt sympathies to this your wonderful discovery-they feel impatient to be enabled to put some into practical use. General Manager of United Railroad Congress of Russia. Tacheromissionoff."
