Dear Sir:-
Your letter of 5th instant, informing me of certain legal formalities which your Company has to go through in order to compare $30,000 of fully paid stock for a plant which you have at Hackensack, was duly received. I will be very kind to do something I can assist you in this matter, in connection with which I have already signed several papers.
