Dear Sir:-
I have your letter of 25th instant, and enclosed herewith please find my check on the German National Bank, of Newark. No. 2745 to the order of the Edison United Phonograph Company, for Twelve Thousand fits hundred Dollars ($12,560), to be placed to my credit as a loan in compliance with Articles of Agreement dated March 11th, 1890. Please acknowledge receipt of check.
