Dear Sir:-
You are preparing two agreements between Mr. Batchelor and Mr. Edison, one of which relates to the stock of the Edison Phonograph Toy Manufacturing Company, and the other to the stock of the Edison Phonograph Works.
Mr. Batchelor is going away next week, on a prolonged trip, and would like very much to have these agreements in shape before he leaves.
Yours very truly,
A.O. Tate
