Dear Sir:-
In reply to your letter of 28th instant, regarding stock in the Phonoplex, I beg to say that the Phonoplex is not run by a stock company. It is handled by Mr. Edison personally, and all his revenue is derived from royalties. This royalty is so small that it is not enough to be divided with anyone else.
There is, however, a margin on our cells in connection with discounts. We allow from 10 to 30 & 15% from our list prices. Perhaps you can work on this.
