Daniel Weld, Esq., Secretary
Edison Phonograph Toy Manufacturing Company,
No. 95 Milk Street,
Boston, Mass
Dear Sir:-
I beg to acknowledge with thanks the receipt of your letter of 27th instant, enclosing copy of a communication from Mr. Yeomans, dated Paris 14th instant.
I do not see anything in Yeomans letter, which would indicate that he has made an offer to any syndicate, or which would even indicate that he contemplated doing so.
I hope that within the next few days we will have some real assurance, that Mr. Yeomans is not trifling with us.
Yours very truly,
A.O. Tate
Private Secretary
