Dear Sir:-
I beg to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of 28th instant, in regard to the Batchelor and Insull Interests, respectively, in 12,500 shares in the Edison Phonograph Toy Manufacturing Company.
I desire a third agreement drawn, giving Mr. A.O. Tate an interest of five percent in these 12,5000 shares.
Mr. Tate's agreement will be exactly on the same lines as the Insull and Batchelor agreements.
Very truly yours,
