Dear Sirs:-
I send you herewith a Motor Commutator, which was received a few das ago, from Mr. Everett Frazar, the same having been returned to him from Yokohama.
The following is an extract from Mr. Frazar's letter of 14th ult., referring to this Commutator.
"My Yokohama House has sent by mail a Motor Commutator, which they wish to have repaired, and mention that the cause of its present state is that it would not stand the heat required to melt the wax out of an armature which was necessary that a cross might be removed in the armature winding. I send you this commutator tonight, and hope to learn that you can fix it in time to forward with the goods above ordered."
I understand that a new motor commutator was packed with the Phonographs shipped to Yokohama, to replace the damaged one sent you herewith.
Yours very truly,
A.O. Tate
