No. 124 Water Street, New York City.
My Dear Mr. Frazar:-
I have your letter of 1st instant, enclosing a requisition for parts of the Phonograph, for a Mr. Mann in Shanghae. I want to consult Mr. Edison about this order. He is not here this afternoon, but I will place the matter before him tomorrow morning, and will advise you what is done in the premises.
