Dear Sir:
In going through the records of the Phonograph Works, in connection with Gouraud's and I found that they omitted to bill Mr. Edison with ten machines sent to Gouraud under dates fine each Apl 9th 89 and Apl 16th 89.
I have sent bills for these to London (copy or better, bills and statement of enclosed herewith) and have also billed him and have also billed him with material sent to London March 13/90 in completion of his order #168.
You will find annexed a letter from Col. Gouraud dated 24th May 1889 in which he acknowledged receipt of these ten (10) machines all of which will you kindly place with records previously sent you pertaining to same subject.
Yours truly,
A.O.Tate
