Dear Sir:-
Mr. Edison has read your letter of 31st ultimo, informing him that the Officers of your Company have arranged to throw open the Brooklyn Station for inspection on the evenings of the 8th and 10th of April, and inviting him to be present. Mr. Edison is very much obliged for the invitation, and says that if he can possibly do so, he will be present on one of the evenings mentioned.
