My dear Sir:-
Your Certificate of Phonograph Works does not bear the official seal of the Company. Major Eaton has the seal in his office, #120 Broadway, and you could there and have him affix it on your certificate, or if you will return the latter to us I will have it attended to. The Certificate also roads: "Capital Stock #300,000." This will have to be changed to Six Hundred Thousand, to conform to the resolution which was recently paused increasing the Capital to the last mentioned amount.
Yours truly,
A.O. Tate
Secretary
