Dear Sir:-
I have your letter of 3rd instant, returning Certificates of Stack of the Edison Phonograph Works, No. 78 for 5928/10 shares; No. 79 for 9572/10 shares, and No. 30 for 77376/100 shares with the corporate seal of the Company affixed to such.
I enclose herewith Certificate No. 73 for 5928/10 shares, endorsed, in bland, by Mr. Edison, to enable you to complete arrangements with the Mercantile Trust Co. for the deposit of this second lot of stock.
I also return herewith proposed agreement with the Mercantile Trust Co.
